Cecile D. (Paradis) Pinkerton Falkiewicz, 97, of Agawam, MA entered into Eternal Life on Sunday Dec. 17, 2017 at Heritage Hall West in Agawam, MA. She was the widow of John R. Pinkerton and Stanley J. Falkiewicz. Cecile was born on July 1, 1920 in Holyoke, MA to the late J. Albert and Delia (Aubrey) Paradis. She had resided in Western Mass all her life. Her 30 years as a secretary found her in various places of employment.
Cecile is survived by her five children; Richard Pinkerton & wife Martha, Rev. Carol Pomeroy, Sandra Balch, Robert Pinkerton and Anne Pinkerton and partner Jim Powell, her seven beloved grandchildren and 9 cherished great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. Besides her husbands and parents, she was predeceased by four brothers and four sisters, four grandchildren David Comptois, Kristen Comptois, Richard Comptois and Jennifer Pinkerton.
Her family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday Dec. 21, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Services at 7:00 p.m. with Fr. John Melnick officiating at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, Enfield, CT, Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley, MA. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
