Willis R. Barry, 71, of Enfield, entered into Eternal Rest, on Wednesday August 22, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital & Medical Ctr., Hartford, CT. He was the beloved husband of 27 years to Yvonne M. Boudreau. Willis was born on May 26, 1947 in Jamshedpur, India to Lovina De LaHoyde and the late Willis R. Barry, II. He had resided in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada most of his life, also in Monroe, LA and the past 7 years in Enfield. A Canadian Citizen he served with the Canadian Armed Forces in the Royal Navy for 16 years and was a Tuba player in the Navy Band. Willis was a Food Service Manager for many years. He loved fly fishing, golfing and music. He lived life fully until he passed, with never enough hours in the day to pursue all his interest.
Along with his wife and mother, he is survived by four brothers;
He was predeceased by his father, a sister and a brother.
A visitation period in Celebration of Willis’s life will take place on Wednesday Aug. 29, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. with a Remembrance Service at 3:30 p.m. from Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, Enfield, CT. 06082.
