We are so sorry for your loss. I remember the last time we saw him. It was a year or so ago. He was very happy and he talked about the Indians. I'm glad that you put that in the obituary. Some people had taken advantage of him from time to time, but it never touched him. He was open and honest and couldn't see anything bad in anyone else. He was a truly gentle, kind, and loving person, and anyone who did know him was better for it. May you be strengthened by the knowledge that he will carry that peace with him, and rest in God's love. im so sorry for your families loss. i first met richard back in august 1984 thru a mutual friend, michael demartino at a CROSBY STILLS AND NASH show in spencer,ma.
